It pulls in linked performance review forms through attachments and calculates completion metrics dynamically using formulas. Text cues and visual formatting guide users to use form views to distribute reviews and track responses.

  • Review Cycle – Time period for the review (e.g., “Spring 2025”), pulled from the Org-level review dashboard.

  • Number of Completed Forms – Live count of performance reviews submitted by employees or managers.
  • Review Submissions % – Calculated ratio of completed reviews to total team members.
